Pilates Studio Utrecht is a hidden gem in Utrecht. This year it has been in the city for exactly 10 years. At the time, it was one of the first Pilates studios and the first studio with group lessons on the reformer. Founded by physiotherapist Esther Swen with the idea of ​​making the Pilates Method accessible to everyone. With a lot of hard work and passion she has built the studio to where it is today over the past 10 years. A beautiful environment where, with an eye for detail, we work together with you on a life full of movement pleasure. Since last summer, the studio is located in a beautiful monumental building on the Vecht. A spacious, light and quiet studio with 2 rooms for the different lessons we have to offer. The studio offers quality, small groups, lots of personal attention and we like to work with you to gain better body awareness, become stronger, more flexible and reduce the risk of injuries.
